Saying yes to happiness means…. Learning to say no to things, and people that stress you out….walk away from those with negative spirit and who criticize, put you down, be little you,or trying to make you feel small. Just be thankful you are not like them. Be thankful you are whole and don’t have to hurt others in order to feel better about your self.

Totally neded that today. Ugh! I’m surrounded by lousy coworkers who kiss ass and constantly get rewarded. And then there’s me who just does my job. And nothing!

We stress because we can’t accept they don’t think and feel what we do. Or they may just be plain shitty and selfish. Best medicine is to Love yourself. Know your Worth more. Breathe in and expel them out.

Well this isn’t a very nice comment. We have all been ugly, hurt, offended someone in our lifetime. We are to pray for our enemies. We aren’t supposed to stress, worry, etc…but this is a little much. God made all people. Loves all people. Died and rose again for all people and their sins. We are called to be the change not jump on the bandwagon of problems. ?
