No, someone narcissist before my current boyfriend kisses me on the forehead but he’s emotionally abusive with trust issues he created in his mind. He cooks, kisses my forehead, works hard I never had close feelings with him he suddenly becomes abusive calling me whore, attention whore, calling me different names and never even compliment my appearance. Not true. Guys will also do this because they know that we THINK that’s what it means.
