Just truly say it to them one on one simple an they will forget all d hurt an forgive u, they understand that no one is perfect.

Thats why we should manage/handle ourself not to hurt people while u were hurting. We should know how to deal with the problems and think how to get over it. It hurts at first but you were the only one will help yourself. Just learn how to accept what makes u hurt and start your life again.
