sometimes u have to understand the situations may be they aren’t ignoring.. it’s just the circumstances thats not letting them stay in touch

That’s probably a lesson they taught you wat before you even thought of ignoring them. At some point the student becomes the teacher.

Yup very true. It’s something to be careful about because if it gets pushed way too much there comes a point where the love will start fading…

I think, which could be a good thing, if you are in a relationship with a narcissist, they usually give you, silent treatment, Get out and Get God.

Or… Just fucking get it over with. When you ignore your partner, you’re not teaching them a lesson, but letting them know how to not care eventually. Teaching them a lesson would be letting them know what they did wrong and let them learn from it. How is one supposed to learn from someone ignoring them? If someone ignores me, that just says to me they’re not interested and sooner or later I will just move on…

I wouldn’t want my life partner to be completely dependent on my anyway. If they can live without me for a few days, that’s probably not a bad thing. Being completely dependent upon each other is probably worse for a relationship than a little extra distance. I’d definitely rather have my space over someone who clings to me.

Very true. If you push them away enough there will come a point their love will fade and they will leave. Communication is so important in any relationship. It can make or break a relationship.

And eventually that’s exactly what they do….. Live without you with someone else! Several new opportunities were given up for but at some point you just decide one might be worth the yes instead and go on!
