I don’t do any of this. I never have. The going back to where your heart ran from sounds like you left someone you didn’t ever love or who harmed you then tried going back. That’s probably not going to work out. Sometimes, they “run” out of fear or other reasons that they later regret. This is when you could go back and it wouldn’t “break your own heart”.

Sometimes you need to change in order to grow. Some people miss out because they choose to stay stagnant in their life choices, or they change too late and miss out. Don’t be afraid of change. And dont wait too late to change. Especially if it is for the better. Now, if you have your life together and you’re on their right path, then don’t change. If you aren’t, then you need to make a plan on what you’re going to do to change for yourself and to make your life better.
