This is pure truth! This is the starting point of any relationship and how it turns out is between the two of you! But your past still affects the present moment of each other’s actions, words, etc as well as day to day living and how you respect each other! Without respect there is nothing left to say but fly solo!

It doesn’t matter that both have a past,the matter is that both are always present togather…it isn’t be past we should take care of it.

very true but come to present day relationship and you try to share with someone your past that becomes a foundation for them judging you, condeming and abusing you. how i wish they could pring this in their minds

It’s not about past and future .Its about understanding. Past some like me they don’t have any past as we can get our future. Some they have past but what matter when you are committed no one should be in your life
