This is so very very true. I think we all know someone who does that to someone else. So very sad for the person on the receiving end.

Celina Olivia Leja I’ve been there time and time again. It is possible to find your way back to self respect and joy. Take your power back. I would like to give u some pointers, but that’d take up about a thousand pages. Try not to be resentful, it’ll only hurt you. Surround yourself with people who DO love you. Self-validation mantras are surprisingly helpful!!(oh. I guess I’m giving u pointers after all lol). For example, repeat: I deserve love, I am worthy of respect… Etc. Love yourself then whatever happens you’ll b ok❤️
