I prefer the saying about falling in love, or choosing to fall in love over and over, again & again with the same person. ❤ I’m sorry for all of you who have been so hurt that you’re so cynical & bitter. I’ve been hurt & put through a lot in life, too, but I remain a hopeFUL romantic.

Couldn’t disagree more with the second part of this trivial “romantic” statement. Giving up is a natural course of action because relationships shouldn’t be work or the sacrifice of each others’ character/personality. If that is the case, those couples are an economic unit not a romantic one. The only sacrifice worthwhile is when being without that person is the ultimate sacrifice.

WRONG,.. A relationship is two people working towards the same goal, never allowing or settling for the other to fall short of their goals… shut your mouth and get a blow up doll.

True Love is being with the one you can be completely yourself with, and just being content with each others company, when you look to someone else to “make you happy” well sorry but it’s not THEIR JOB.
