I honestly think that we as men need to stop feeding into the image that our significant others can be referred to in a possessive sense. I learned a long time ago, that the only person I own is me. I am so proud of those I love, friends and family. I am grateful each is in my life. If you commit, than, you are part of a team, and you should be very proud of your partner, but you don’t own him or her. Be a person you are proud to be, and be proud of the people you love.
