I know right I don’t have control issues I like to talk the problem or issue out but people like to be stubborn about stuff or there just not open enough to talk about things.

Over thinking in some people are caused by other people. Why we over think..words..actions…they all cause that. It just doesnt happen over night. Its lies..little things that dont add up and over time…drives you nuts. Know this well…24/7. Its sad that others have that much power…and when they know it…one would and should be much more honest and true.

Might as well let it be because overthinking isnt going to change anything it will be what it is so might as well not lose sleep over things we cant control.

I think it’s sad when you explain to someone, until your blue in the face, about their “questions”.. and they STILL accuse you of lying.. and hiding things behind their back.. Easier said than done. Especially if you have anxiety.

Anxiety makes you overthink everything from a simple hello you said to a stranger to an irrelevant conversation to a conversation you had with someobe you like. Did i say the right thing?
