I read this and feel so very fortunate to have the man I do in my life! He hates texting! He lives in another tow, 25 minutes from me, works on a farm, and goes to school. We see each other once a week. My friends ask how I’m OK with that? I’ll tell you how….I am his first phone call in the morning, his phone call between classes, his phone call on the way home, and the last phone call he makes before falling asleep. And it’s been that way each and every day for the past 3.5 months!

Let’s not focus on the faults but on solutions to progress the formation of better relationships. It is pointless to point fingers and accuse blame when you can teach about compassion and reconnecting in new ways. What may have worked in the past simply does not work now, as times continue to change.

When now a days mostly were hooked up by this so called “social media”, everyone has their accounts, it’s possible to reach out to other people and sad to say that some people were using it for their self interest and satisfaction..it’s really hard to trust people but when you find a “genuine person”, treasure him/her and don’t take advantage of their kindness.

That’s very sad that small talk is the new deep. That would just frustrate the hell out of me because I like real conversations about things that makes my mind think not small talk.

In this new generation of internet world where temptation is just right on your fingertips, all that old romance have gone. Men/women should not go for one night stand and have sex (out of love) right away even they still don’t even know each other well. Be classy and have some respect for yourself specially women, think many times before you take off your clothes. No offenses, that’s why there are lots of women with kids on their own left by the fathers.

Trust can be hard to give in a fresh relationship because you may be terrified it’ll play out like past relationships. Not every conversation between a couple has to be a deep conversation. Sometimes it’s a simple chat about how their day was when apart. Yeah, people in relationships will text. They have others to talk to. I text my boyfriend because we live 25 miles apart. I also have friends. He has friends.
Every generation will bitch and complain about the new generation without even asking on what’s really going on.

Not true. It all depends on the couple. My fiance and I have been always about time together. We’ll be married in three months and conversation, time together, and quality date and joke around with each other time is are our best. Romance is not dead, Just a dying art.
