I am one in a million who are not the clinical form of depressed or have been diagnosed with anxiety, but when I feel blue or a little anxious this fits perfectly. Feeling the present right now. ♡
Yes depression and anxiety are mental illnesses (I suffer both) but that doesn’t mean this is wrong. I can actually see the point the post is making. Depression for many people starts after an event or series of events that trigger deep sadness, loss of self esteem, guilt, etc. The thing is, when you have depression, your mind tends to focus on past events that make you feel worse.
