So true me and my girlfriend have been together 3 year.s she is in the U.K. im in U.S we do whatever we can to make it work like eating together inc cooking same things at same time watching movies together or just being on the a call as much as poss; if you want to make a relationship work there are ways to do it we are living proof of this. My boyfriend and I were long distance for a year with a few visits in between. Now we are living together and it’s been a year and a half since we started dating.

Yes it’s true, sometimes but other times we just can help the distance between two people who love each other, it just doesn’t make sense but when you really love this person, you wait until you have to, because if in the mean time you don’t meet someone else and fall in love well that would have to be it, and the same goes for both parties.

Disagree!!! Try being a single parent!! I will not move away from my daughters just to be in love or have a relationship. This works great in the movies, not so much in real life.

I must say that LDR is the most tough relationship because it makes the couple to have more patience until they will be together in person..and it’s all worth it..

I had a long distance relationship. ..and it was very difficult and in the end proved a poor judgment decision on my part…Never again will I get into such a relationship outside my immediate area and state where I live…nor with anyone who doesn’t speak English as well as I do…I also expect Time…attention. ..and mutual respect. ..and Trust from each other…None of this jealousy and insecurity crap….you feel me Fool. …

Not true. As others have said relationships are enough hard work as it is. I might be old fashioned but I want my relationship to be nearby, at least so we can meet up every weekend. I crave intimacy on every level.
