Yes everyone has there days when stuff does seem good even when nothing happened or goes wrong it’s just one of those days weird but true ..

You must not allow yourself to be in that situation. There are many things that tuckles idleness that you call pms. Make yourself happy to add more years.

That could be classified under the side effects of depression or anxiety… In case anyone’s wondering.

Yes. It’s not PMS because I am long past that unless PMS stands for Pissed off at Men who are Stupid. Lol

Yes don’t like that feeling cause we hurt other people’s feelings when they have no part of why we feel like this put some worship music it helps

Yes. And it could be something really minor that sets me off–like changing my plans and making me late for an appointment or meeting. I despise being late.

Last night. Not sure what it was but a rage was building……Im just glad they are becoming fewer and farther in between.

Just sit in a quiet room and begin to reflect and talk to God –
You can figure out what’s bothering you. It solving the issue that’s some times feels hopeless- then you have bad reactions due to it.

I know the cure. Start praising God for everything good in your life. Attitude of gratitude. The two attitudes (thankfulness & grumpiness) can’t exist together. I’ve done it, it works, but you have to humble yourself down first.

Just be urself find what makes u irritated or u did something wrong dcisions that’s why u are in a wrong moods

It’s not just pms, could be many factors in life, not everthing comes down to pms
