Exactly, it takes a toll on the soul when all you have ever done is give all the love you have just to have those you have given it to toss it aside. My soul is tired….

My heart is weary. it’s been broken too many times, Too many times have I given all of myself to someone. The last time I did it, he ripped my heart out and I’ve put it back, but it just doesn’t fit right anymore. Now, if someone wants to stay, they better earn it or else I will hold the door open for them.

It breaks my heart knowing I wasn’t good enough for someone. That they were willing to ‘give up’ and not even try and make us into someone amazing. Only pain is what I’m feeling.
