I truly believe that.. A man that cares about you will go thru hell and high water to spend time, call, and just be with that woman 2 show her that he wants her to be in his life. Action speak so much more than words.

yes it does go both ways but for too many its one way. it also depends on how anyone expresses themselves to another and if the other person can pick up on it.
