Amen! That is soooooooo true. People will only “set themselves up” by putting expectations on others. …then when the other person doesn’t act or say what was expected of them, someone gets hurt! …guess who? Have Grace for one another, and let everyone be “themselves”!!! Unconditional LOVE!!!

Jesus says to give (including our heart) in wisdom, no expectation. For the Heart actually belongs to Him

That is just an excuse. Humans make things so complicated. Just treat people how you want to be treated. Fairness is what it is all about. Has nothing to do with having the same heart. Any person can be kind and fair. It is that some CHOOSE not to be.

I keep finding that out, but I can’t help and change who I am. u never know if the next one u find deserves u being that way.

Gotta lower your expectations people! I never expect people to go above and beyond so when they do I’m like oh.. nice. When they don’t I don’t even notice. = peaceful

I’ve learned about this long time ago, so whatever I do for someone, I’ll do it just because it makes me feel good and I do not expect anything in return. This way, you’ll never be disappointed…..just do it for your own heart….
