Unfortunately when you have feelings for someone and they take advantage of you makes it hard to trust your feelings not wanting to get hurt

Yes and no, some folks are just too “bent” in a direction of an unsubstantiated belief to discern the difference between healthy inner guidance and self justified nonsense.

Even when I thought my gut was wrong or off because I couldn’t imagine that ever happening,it ends up being right and happens if I ignore my intuition. So if its telling something is up or not right, TRUST YOUR GUT & VOICE YOUR CONCERNS!!

Sometimes they can be so convincing and you want to believe. I was stupid.

Your intuition is never wrong! What’s wrong are the people that try to convince you otherwise.

VERY VERY wrong! I’ve seen to many bad things happen because people let instincts (which evolved during pre-civilized times, think about it) and their gut and so on lead them out of good relationships or into bad one.

Ah no your own inner guidance doesn’t. Trusting in God’s will works better
