Very true! Was married to someone who was self-focused and not able to communicate. It’s a very difficult relationship to be in because they don’t see anything as being wrong. But, I’m a caring, affectionate, and compassionate person and need the same in return. Relationships cannot be one sided.

I want to agree and I do partly agree but my lack of communication with my ex was because I see her almost everyday and there’s lack of personal space. I am focused in my own thought because I have to save money for our first home and wedding. Money does not grow out of trees and she’s not much of a saver.
