Abso-frickin’-lutely.. It does “numb the pain” in the short run, but only adds to the BS and drama, ultimately. Plus it’s just plain unhealthy for ALL involved

Why do we get into relationships in a hurry and then realize that the person is not what we expected..rather take your time to get into one and be sure before taking the plunge… Because a break up really hurts and not doing things in a rush can avoid so much misery.
