People make time for who they want to make time for. Never believe anyone who always say they’re too busy. If they wanted to be around you, they would. But people just don’t want to. Busy is an easy excuse to say. They don’t realize that they will not have more time tomorrow. You can control time, you can organize no matter what even with all the interruptions. You cannot manufacture extra time. Time doesn’t expand or contact. Time never changes. It has always been the same and IT ALWAYS been the same! ONLY YOUR MANAGEMENT OF TIME CAN CHANGE.

It’s true both it goes both ways. It has been my experience and observation some people take to much and/or not enough initiative if not that are too oriented on conditionals sometimes or not enough.
