I do, complements are great. It takes 5 seconds to tell someone they look good, are doing a great job, smell nice, or good job handling that situation. Even saying I appreciate you or you are a wonderful son ,daughter, mother, father, ect. Ect. When you hear it enough, you start to believe it. Positive replaces the negative 🙂

There was an older lady that worked in a waffle house in the south, she was retired and worked for extra money..she has the most beautiful blue-green “Betty Davis” eyes and I told her as we where leaving the restaurant. She said to me that she has not received such a flattering compliment in such a long time and that Betty Davis was one of her favorite stars.

It happened to me at work the other day. Someone told me that I inspired them to do and try harder at their job. Because of the way I do my job and deal with people.

I think this will apply also when you said thing that hurt,it just could take 5 sec but they will hurt you for a long time or forever????
