I’ve come to realize that the more you appreciate life in the moment, the less you tend to look at your phone. This is basically saying that your happiness when in group social setting is dependent upon other people. This premise is totally wrong. Happiness comes from within. It is how the most unfortunate, in society, can recreate the feeling of being content, when life hasn’t supplied them with the most convenient factors needed for easy happiness.

If you are hanging out with others, you should give up the idea of looking at your phone. It is disrespect to look at your phone, EVEN IF the people you hang out with are bored. If you feel bored, make an excuse, and LEAVE
