Its natural to still love someone. We still love people from years ago, but just because you love them doesn’t mean you were meant to be with them. Who doesn’t? Having feelings for them doesn’t negate the memories of the pain they caused, which is what is necessary to move on and find what you deserve. Anyone who goes back under the belief people change are not only lying to themselves but hurting the one’s around them who stood tall and supported them, hoping they will allow themselves to find the love they hope for/deserve…sure people can change at skin level but they will always be who they are at their core.

Very much so. I miss the man that was my husband for almost 11 years. We both made so many mistakes. Even though we have both changed so much since our divorce, I would still go to him without a moments hesitation if he needed me. That doesn’t change the fact that he stopped loving me, and that I don’t think ill ever stop loving him. It just means that I wish he finds his happiness in life no matter how it affects me.

Yes…. we were off and on for 14yrs. he has since passed away in 2015…. dont take for granted a deep love or something good with someone. Nurture it – because there is no guarantee in life…

No. He threw me to the curb like I was nothing after 3 years. I held him down through every obstacle and done everything I possibly could for him. Of course he was begging me to take him back a month later after I decided to move on. He admitted he regrets his decision he made and says he will regret it for the rest of his life.
