I try so very hard to be a happy person. This is soooo true! I don’t want to be medicated. Sometimes it gets tough and I hate it.
I struggle daily with this… been hurt so many times

No being in a relationship with the wrong person who constantly disrespects you is the biggest cause of unhappiness!
I do this way to much and i dont want it to effect my current relationship. I don’t know whats wrong with me.

isn’t that easy to do but if you want to move on from him you should learn to stop thinking of him and avoid the things that can reminds him on you. But in reality that’s very hard to do. ??

I try but when people gives me reason to think otherwise, I don’t doubt the over thinking. I just need to not let it go overboard and people need to stop giving me reason not to think otherwise about them. But some don’t care.

Eventually..I’ve got over it by thinking the bright side..Picked up some motivation by listening more from motivators or read some articles in social media..But most importantly is SELF-BELIEF..Tk a chill..There u go..no more stressful..If there is stressful come to ur way..or in bwn..& u know how to handle it coz the self-believe that u’re already hv..
