This was me. For 1.5 years I begged someone who I adored flaws and all to be with me. This man could do no wrong in my eyes. I literally uprooted my life for this man. First of all… this quote just sucks and all you people on here going on about it.. why are you wasting your time?? A relationship is built on two people trying, effort, commitment. If any of you think it’s suppose to be some fairy tale then you need to wake the hell up!!

I think you learn to rely on them being in your life because they tell you they will always be there. As soon as things get shaky or too real and they want to back out suddenly you are “unhealthy” and making them your world. It just shows you should never give someone your heart.

Not going to lie, this happened with my ex and I when he broke up with me out of left field. Thing is I wasn’t needy with him, I actually only saw him once every 2 weeks and we only and lived an hour apart. And we would barely text every other day and we each had our own lives. Honestly I did more for him than he did for me at the end of the day. But damn I was hurt when I realized it was over
