I’m extremely sensitive and I have to be careful. I hold back my emotions so they don’t become overwhelming. But then I get told I’m holding a secret and when I tell the truth I end up getting hurt with rejection. It’s not fair.

It’s discouraging, because most people either, lack the sensitivity or try to ignore it. They may believe that sensitivity is some type of weakness, which that has proven to be false.
