I flew 10hrs, 3 different weeks, for only a couple days and didn’t receive any gratitude. Moving on is difficult but after I said what I had to say I feel free to invest my time in someone else. Someone who deserves it. Never give up hope.

That was me at one time, however the love was one sided. I gave my all but never got back what I deserved. I learned from that experience and now I require equal effort. I drive, fly or take the bus to queretaro Mexico from Dallas, Texas 5 times a years. Sometimes I drive 8 hrs to the border or 30 hrs on a bus and some lucky time I get a three hour flight either way I hope he knows how much I love him. I’m actually flying in 30 days to spend a weekend with him. It’s hard but it’s ok for now.

My husband would drive 13 hrs one way to come and see me when we were dating!! And that was after working a night shift! Been together for about 20 yrs!! ♥️♥️♥️married for 16 of those yrs! Wow!

I have that…. He travelled for 2 hours just to kiss me for 5 minutes…. The most romantic thing a man has ever done for me….

This was my ex … He flew 20 hours from Europe to Asia just visited me for one night .. Then he went on another country for business .. We had been together for 7 years .. He changes by the time and hurt me much ! But now , any time I am thinking of him , I’m still love the past of him …

This reminds me of an incidence when I was in collage and came back home on vacation, sameday a girl who was going back to her college after holidays called me and said let’s meet at a place …. it was at least 6 hours journey from my place, I drove a bike for 6 hours with a dim light in the month of December coldest month of J&K and reached the destination to meet her just for few minutes…the element which compled me for this activity is called love….today she is my wife….!!! Only few can understand…

Five hrs…? Imagine doing that every day… Your car probably won’t even last long up to 1yr. The car probably might end up at the junk. Never know ?

I lost that girl she use to fly to see me when I couldn’t make to go see her. She was the one and she always will be the one I loved most in my life. Unless it happens by happy accident, it seems to me that people who (habitually) seek and cultivate relationships with people who live a couple hours or more driving distance away usually have something to hide.

Or reserve a bus ticket 2 weeks in advance to go see your VERY best freind in your life, and 2 most outstanding doggies, 500 miles away, and Cherish and Savor them for the short time together before he has to go back to work so far away. I love you Barb unconditionally!

Oh god, I was….he would drive 2hrs just to see me on my 30min coffee break. He would leave 15-20min voicemails just taking about anything and nothing. I had him…then life happened.
