I’ve found, based on my experience, some people just do not communicate well, period. Especially when they’re holding onto grudges for years.

But unfortunately when one asks for more communication, the other sees this as overbearing. I understand that we all have our own lives, and we have our own struggles but there are people who genuinely wants to be there for you during your darkest hour and brightest day. People nowadays have a lot of trust issues though so they refuse to invest themselves fully into their relationships out of fear.

True but somethings are jst not worth a reaction. If you know what u need to get out is nt gonna change a thing then I feel like jst save ur breath and heal and move forward.. often times we communicate hoping it would change things but in reality u knw deep within if the conversation is even worth having.
