True no matter what you do for someone it’s not appreciated, can’t even believe the relationship more of a friendship went for 13yrs.

Is it ever the person who treated you badly in the first place? Is there a chance they’ll see how they hurt you, apologize and adjust their behavior?

I wanted nothing to do but love them. They got scared and went right back to the assholes.

This is so true…enjoy every minute of it and thank God that you got to experiece true love, some people go through their whole lives and don’t get to experience it.

This happened to me a month ago… i thought the original person would change but its not..always an excuse or my fault.. i keep waitong for change and for him to go back to how he was at the beginning but nothing.. idk what to do

Or how badly you treat others until someone trests you the same way you treat everyone else instead of smile politely…. If only it happened more often to the jackasses. And if they didn’t live in denial of what complete asshole they are..

True.. ive been there done that.. then one day it hurts like hell when they throw me just like that, after all the sacrifices that I made.. until one day I started to go out outside my comfort zone that’s the time i see my self again, the real me.. one thing I learn don’t try to please everybody to the extend you almost give everything and worst they never notice..

They don’t start off treating you badly, mine didn’t anyway. Then I married them, and boom, it began. So when a man gets with a woman who’s been abused..understand that she’s waiting for the other shoe to fall. She ‘knows’ it’s coming, past experiences tell her so. Is it right? No, but we (I) get conditioned to expect it. I’m working on that tho

Got into that situation and felt weird, I mean I’m not used to being treated so good, to be told I was beautiful or pretty and all those compliments everyday, to be listened to and taking cared of, it got to a point where it scared me, I got used to the abusive ex relationship that I forgot how a woman Is supposed to be treated, how I deserved to be treated..it’s overwhelming actually

How can we treat you this way if they don’t give us rare gentleman( both men and women) a chance to prove our worth in gold by our actions. They get scared and run off to be treated poorly again and again .

This is so true!! But most don’t give the ones that treat you good the chance!! Then they get down on relationships!!! It’s an awesome feeling to treat someone right and be treated right!! I miss that!! Not enough of that in this world!!!
