Where is bettering the person if you’re not willing to accept change from inspiration? If I love you, I’m open to changing aspects of my life to share, meaning if you’re not used to opening up to someone, you “allow” yourself to invite that person in your realm. Right? So that’s a change that has to be accepted. And boom! Your communication skills grow, and so on. So if you Allie yourself to NOT accept change, you’ll end up alone. At the end of countless relationships. But then again that may be faith talking

There are some changes and compromises that have to be made in a relationship though. While I don’t believe in changing who somebody is I do believe that people can change the behaviors that hurt their partner. So there has to be some change involved without changing who you are as a person.

Truth!! You should always be supportive and encouraging. Wanting your partner to grow and better themselves! Not put them down for trying it, and Not let them spread their wings and improve in what ever matter. School, work, physical or emotional growth. I feel as though I’m stuffed in a box locked in a cage anymore….. I’m me. Not what you want to make me.
