Ugh yes! I told him right from the beginning I just wanted to be friends and I was only looking for friends. He fell for me and then started putting a bunch of pressure on me to have some serious and intense relationship. I ended up losing my patience and just walking away. What does one do when they feel like someone likes or loves them in a way that the other person doesn’t? Don’t want to hurt their feelings. They’re a good person, possess the feelings and actions that the person has prayed for and wanted from others, but when they’re around that person they feel weird, nervous and uncomfortable. Not that the other person is doing anything wrong. It’s just not what they’re used to and doesn’t want to give that person any hope of there being something if there’s a possibility that there could not be anything but friendship there.
