So true, my kids are always the good in my life. It also helps to have a very supportive man and inner circle. Luckily for me, I have all of the above. Focus on the good, tomorrow is a new day.

My honey took care of me for the last 4 days while I was sick. Its means a lot to me…he treats me extremely well. For that I am thankful.

I have a journal where I write down at least one positive for the day. Sometimes it’s as simple as eating ice cream. But there’s always one.

it’s really helpful, i was in a bad place for a long time and this was one of my everyday tasks i had to try, and little by little i saw that i could remember more things everyday that were good ?

I think about this everyday! Especially when I realize what what my patients are going through. Don’t whine. It could always be worse.

God opened up my eyes for me to realize and know my likes and dislikes which I learn more about myself each day and I feel like I’m one step closer to finding myself and knowing who I truely am ?? the lord has many blessings ahead so there’s no need to worry about a thing nothing is to great for him to handle

Folks stopping by my work telling me that I helped them out and saying im awesome! Next was sharing laughs with friends…lastly was getting love from my sons and reassurance from my special friend that even though i had a horrible day, i can trust, share, and they will be there for me! ❤
