The post doesn’t mention anything about action. Action and emotions are entirely different things all together. One should not have to apologize for their feelings, but one should apologize if their emotions lead to them making destructive actions.

You better control your feelings cause some of what you feel turn in to your actions just my opinion

I completely disagree. We need to be accountable for how we feel and own our feelings. Saying they are outside of our control is an excuse to act crazy.
