Then hopefully you express which one it is instead of acting identically, going silent (or raging about something unrelated), forcing the other party to guess what is wrong, and not letting them know if they guess right. You know; maybe create an adult dialogue that will improve communication and understanding.

Yes, and its funny how some things remind us of that hurt, even when you think you are over it. And then there is times you wish fate would return you to before the hurt because you are NOT mad. Makes one wish they actually were mad, cause it would be easier!
