Like in my case an ex assumed that I wasn’t interested in him anymore and that shocked me because I immediately replied ” what on earth made you think that?!” His answer ….”stuff I been thinking in my head…” Ugh

You should have no reason to lie not unless you have somethimg to hide. When two people are in love you have to have no reason not to belive him not unless he gives you reason to doubt him over and over agian .that man will end up lonely or very un happy Lies kill trust Honesty and trust is the only way to go or you lose the love of your life

Hiding lieing and not showing love creates insecurities that kills self esteem and u over think it because they dont wanna show u diff or only on their time and that creates the unhappy ness

lies kill trust sums the post up perfectly, people putting you down causes insecurities , betrayal causes low self esteem. Sometimes over thinking is required to keep yourself well guarded from the wrong type of people.
