This is entirely wrong. Yes you can win an argument with a negative person as long as you are winning not for yourself but for the both of you. Its also how you handle the situation. If you act as though the problem is small and insignificant, your partner will question themselves over the severity of the situation and become vulnerable to your point of view. While a lot of negative emotions arise in a strong argument, never leave out the one true emotion. Love. Love looks beyond all problems.
