I know exactly! I drove 160 km every day from him to work for 2.5 years (till my relationship broke) even when i was done working at 2am in the morning. Id drove that distance just because i could only think of being with him. When i think of these moments now i really miss them and I always treassure them in my heart. But it makes me very sad that i can’t do that anymore because of the ending of my relationship which hurts me till this day.

Agreed. My fiance is in the United States, I’m in Canada. Yes, there’s a bit of drift when you’re not physically connected for a couple months at a time but we acknowledge the drift and make sure we skype, text daily and talk on the phone. 6 and-a-half more weeks….and then we will be reunited and getting married. I disagree..presence is vital in a relationship..if we are not investing our time with each other..who are we investing it with? What have we chosen over our relationship…what we placed as of higher value than the one we love?
