There is nothing called soulmate. There are only good people and toxic people. Your heart pounds, your hands shake, your knees go weak, of course these are signs of a toxic person! When you meet someone who is good at heart, you lose yourselves to a state of calmness like it was meant to be, good thoughts and good feelings rush to you like blood running all over your body. Being calm is a state of mind irrespective of the person, but feeling calm depends on the individual!!

Your energy goes thru the roof as soon as the connection is made and if it’s true and it’s yours twin flame….the flame only grows the more you are together

I think this is wrong, you are initially anxious when you go on a first second or even third date with someone, you only begin to become comfortable around them after a while of knowing each other x

I don’t agree either!!! You should feel butterflies and fireworks and electricity and be filled with excitement when you think of them or look into their eyes, but also feel completely at ease and calm when you are in their presence. The combination of the exhilaration and the peace is when you know you’ve found your soulmate, or at least an amazing person to share your life with for a while!!

You know what I hate about this? Is the post kinda makes it seem like its just people or things that make you anxious/nervous. Those of us who have anxiety on a regular basis, and have to take medication for it, feel it almost no matter what. Nothih really has to ‘trigger’ it. It just happens. My soulmate has the understanding of that, and stands by my side no matter what.

There’s no such thing as a soul mate. There’s compatibility, but people misuse the term soul mate and use it to justify affairs, divorce, and marriages that cause a lot of hurt for others.

I don’t think your soulmate is someone who comes into your life peacefully. It’s someone, an ordinary person, who comes to change your reality, opening up your mind, and revolutionise your world in a second.

Not true, the one that knocks you off your center and you can’t stop thinking about and have bouts of euphoria, and constant feelings of where did this person come from out of the blue, they get you, this is your soulmate.

Heat racing, hands shaking… When you’re with a soul mate, those things aren’t signs of anxiety, they’re signs of excitement. Soul mates don’t make you feel calm, soul mates electrify you.
