Dear Ex, It’s been a little over a year now. In that time I have come to love myself not in a selfish way but to where I can feel comfortable in my own skin for once without having to be kicked down for it. The emotional abuse may linger for a long time but I will not let it stop me from finding someone who will love me for who I am. I forgive you and wish you the best in life because that’s all I can do out of human respect.

Of course never regret with everything I have done for my ex but really thank him cause he left to give a chance to another one who deserve than him ! Lol

Think I’m losing myself…willingly…
My brain is working fine and so is my logic. So basically I’m quite fully aware what I’m doing. It’s just I chose to put him and ‘us’ first and forget ‘me’ most of the time.

It took me 5 years of my life to realize how bad it was, and still dealing with the side effects (emotional, financial, and health) Thanks God I am free now, have forgiven, and getting myself back with all the hard lessons learned.
