If a person truly feel sorry, it should show in their words and actions. Apologizing is ok, but when a person constantly does something wrong, maybe it is a sign for you to possibly let go.

apologizing doesn’t always mean you’re wrong and the other person is right. It means you value your relationship more than your ego[ , and the other person doesn’t ]

But if all you do is apologize over and over also means you don’t respect the one your apologizing too! Not only do you need to say it, you need never make the same mistake twice and then do whatever you can to rectify the situation in action!
