I learned this the hard way. I did so much for my ex and he took it for granted, never appreciated it and instead deceived me. I’m glad that I finally stopped crossing oceans for a man that wasn’t worth it.

That is something I need to learn. I would do anything for the people I love, but not all will do it back.
