You missed the point, but that’s ok. I did give up trying to figure men out. Mentally exhausting.

One thing I know for sure, you never divorce the person you married & even tho you may trust someone implicitly for years, it can be broken in the blink of an eye. Sad, but true. No trust = no respect = no love.

So far as sitting by the phone waiting for a call, never have played that game & never will.

Wow!!! It is always prefect timing when you post.

For sure..one day it will be over..just myself too worry about and a life too live..:-) son will in his life and that is all I care about for him. Love my son but need a life.

Hard part is after a break up to not send something. The saying “If it’s meant to be it will happen”, will it really? How long do you wait to see? what if they moved on but your heart still loves him? should you let your feeling be known? or just move on?

You can never stop trying, but recognize the pattern & make a sharp turn early on. That’s the difficult part, but hurts less than waiting for 25 years! Never lose yourself & never sweep things under the carpet. Once trust & respect starts to crumble in any relationship, it’s time to move on. Love should only be unconditional & should never hurt. Hopefully, I’m going to follow these pearls of wisdom in my own life.
