The fact is, even if you talk to friends and family about your problems they’re going to point you in one of the following directions
They’re going to tell you to talk to your parner.
They’re going to tell you to leave your partner or to give your partner some space (but come on, if your partner doesn’t want to talk to you about anything how much more space do you need).
They’re going to talk to your partner about what you told them.

So really, its either communication and honesty/openness or leave.

No you should talk to your friends and family before you talk tk your partner about things because family and friends come first and are more important. Friends and family cant be replaces but a man can be

talking – a discussion takes two to tango, and you can’t force the other, and they won’t talk until they are ready but unfortunately when they wake up and realise- it’s usually already tooo late, so it always ends up unresolved. Many unanswered Questions which will never be resolved and I’m ok with that, I accept that, and can move on. Yep bcse as soon as family/friends get involved that’s when you find out just how much they either really liked or disliked your partner and if it comes out they didn’t like them it makes things hard. Passing judgment becomes easier for them at that point.

So very true I am guilty of this but not anymore. People tend to be subjective to one side or the other and sometimes influential towards the relationship. Relationship is made for two so keep it that way
