Yeah, I basically had my ex girlfriend tell me she no longer wanted to put effort in our relationship. I was willing to make any changes on my part, but she was not. :/

I wouldn’t call it giving up , more like setting yourself free. Because in the end you’ll be the one hurting not them… so let go, for your own sake.
