yes this is true , but if you do get flowers from your man it does make you feel like they are thinking about you , everything these days are all mobile phones and fb and some men dont really know how to show their feelings for a girl besides flowers chocolate jewlery so i still think its romantic at least they are trying 🙂

Even though it means a later bedtime, dh and I take time after the littles are in bed to watch a show or two and just be together. It’s honestly my favorite time of day, apart from snuggling in bed at night.

And don’t let “life” get in the way of this over time!!! So many couples call it quits when the stress get to great. Comunicate is key-never break trust!!! Don’t do anything you wouldn’t want the other doing.

These are all the things i miss in a relationship but Trust is the most important. When that is gone whatever a person you love does, it means nothing if there is a doubt. I don’t trust anyone now & prefer to be on my own.

I can honestly say, I’m a true romantic at heart and I always think outside the box. I don’t just but clothes, I’ll buy something meaningful and put my own spin on it..

1000 points! Winner! Kissing as you walk by! Brushing the back of a hand when no one else is looking, or looking right into their eyes…just a little too long when you are out in a group. The knowing things. Love those little things. Love the other stuff as well…but love those things.

Cleaning totally counts as love. I feel the most loved when I come home to an empty sink, a vacuumed floor, or a sparkling clean kitchen. And I show my love by making sure my partner can come home to those things most of the time, too.

But yeah, don’t totally rule OUT flowers…I mean…”I love you” is sweet but “this bouquet of pretty, smelly dead things in a rainbow and sparkly bobble I used my money on because I forgot we made plans last week and I knew words wouldn’t cut it” is pretty okay too.

Idk how it feels to get flowers or anything else that’s romantic, I get cheep lotions that make my skin break out at times (have mentioned this several times) and it goes in one ear and out the other, or stuffed animals (I really don’t need more of them) but I do appreciate the effort but saddened that he won’t listen to what I’m really interested in (note he isn’t a bad person)

Sounds a lot like my bf who doesn’t care at all to buy me gifts but rather focus on all the other days to make me feel special or wanted. He would rather buy sweets and desserts or food then to buy material things. I’ve gotten used to it and while I do hint him here and there for something nice I know eventually he’ll give in to buying me something he finds really special but not when I ask for it

My husband thinks it’s romantic to bring me roses. Most men and women would probably agree, but I don’t particularly care for roses. They’re beautiful but they die quickly. I love orchids and sunflowers and daisies and lavender and all sorts of wildflowers, but despite how much I expressed that he never got the hint. And the roses started meaning less and less… very little was ever done with thought into who I am.

Girls we are too romantic .. trust that, romantic guy he is not suitable to carry responsibility at least most of them .. while if we keep the romance aside (which is not permanent anyway) .. we will need a responsible guy who is aware enough to commit in a relation and find excuses to stay and support .. not the one who escape and blame you for any small problem face your relation when romance and love feeling disappear .. responsible gut is more worthy then romantic one and rarely to have both in one !

I noticed that this is post is mainly about “her or she” . This works both ways in a relationship . Men need the lil gestures also . The last to lines says it quite well ….. Its about giving and in the gestures
