On the flipside, it makes people who effectively deal with their pain emotionally resiliant, wiser and more kind-hearted. If you’re inclined to trust less, overthink more and shut out good people because of your experienced pain, then obviously you are doing something wrong, and simply blaming pain doesn’t solve the problem.

I’d say “ain’t that the truth”… but we all feel pain – including me – and some of us realize “f*ck pain” and reach out to make it go away. Enough of this poor me sh*t. Stand up or sit down – EVERYONE is trying to live their life.
