Hmmm, I don’t see it that way since we made the choice for me to quit my job to stay home and raise the kids (which is and has been the greatest joy of my life). I see it as “our money”, but I most certainly don’t spend frivolously. I WOULD probably be a little bit more inclined to occasionally spend indulgently if I were working in a job that paid money.

That don’t make sense because half the men I’ve met all want house girlfriends/wives. Like it depends on YOUR own partner not some Facebook post.
