This is bullshit. Strong women have emotions and show them. Just because I cry does not mean I am not strong. I am one of thee strongest women you will ever meet.

I hide my emotion in fear of being let go in my job. All I want to do is cry under the pressure.

& a strong woman also knows when to admit if she’s not it is always easy to fake that you are ok that sense of strength is easy to do. To admit that you are not is far more difficult & therefore not a sense of weakness at all.

That is not being strong. It is typical adult-child dysfunctional behavior that leads to self isolation & lonliness. You must have some friend, group, club, organization or church to give you a sense of community.

This is not a healthy expression of emotions. Please do not bottle up emotions and hid it behind a smile for fear of being called weak.

And that’s why she crys aloan.Because she hides it .people easily mistake it for a lack of care.hiding your pain is a bad habit if want to have caring people around ,if you want to be bitterly aloan then it the best way .No one expects you to be strong all the time and packing it away to prove it only leads to total calaps.

I’m a strong person..do a zillion things for everyone and my family. But when I’ve hit my limit, I don’t hide it. People who know me know its time for me to let others do for me. Holding it all in for the sake of “looking strong and independent” isn’t good for the body. It’s not healthy. We can be strong but its good to let it go as well and not always say “its ok.”

Its true…too much pain and struggles in life makes you stronger,!! And learned from the past that happens to your life..thats a strong woman for me…maybe i can one…

A strong woman knows that she alone cannot do everything. She must look to God for strength when she is weak. It’s ok to NOT be ok, and only a strong woman is able to admit she needs help! She gets back up after falling apart and shares her struggles with other women so they know they’re not alone. Pretending everything is ok is not strong, it’s dishonest and unhealthy.

I know someone like that. She means the world to me and the fact that she has opened up to me about her issues shows me just how strong she really is. What an amazing woman she is! I pray everyday that her hurt goes away!
