General anxiety disorder, a real thing and nothing to laugh at ^^ didn’t think about this much since a lot of people are the same way but I ended up getting referred to see a therapist and take group classes to cope. Best decision I’ve ever made.

I used to, but now I don’t. At least I don’t think I do. Maybe I do. Let me rethink this. Or should I waist my time thinking about this in the first place? That’s something to think about. Wait, what are we talking about?

It rarely solves a problem. Try way of relaxing. I am not saying its easy but please guys stop overthnking. Its well known its not easy but as to more getting things complex not a solution.

“Pain never goes away” whatever we think about it or not. It always keeps a person busy so no problem is easy and its about not to focus on it. Only to think about what make us happy. Becuz there is always a new thing to think about or feel about everyday. Its tough but there is no choice its about trying to soothe the senses.

I think it is your gut feeling that is causing over thinking. It senses something is not right. Trust your gut it usually is right.

I did too. Then I learned to give everything to God! When you notice yourself doing this stop and pray. Remember to thank him and give him all the praise! If you continue to do this you will see it start to happen less and less often as you trust God even with over thinking ??❤️

How about stressing out about not having things to stress out about. I thought this was just some high school bull. Nope. About to be 29 and I still do the same thing and drown the stress in diet soda and caffeine chocolates.

I never overthink cause of my logic thinking way ☺
If there’s nothing sence of something then I just put things on the other order and mostly it works ☺

I hste over thinking it destroys my inner happiness nd makes me feel sad.

Please be a traveler, not a tourist. Try new things, meet new people, and look beyond what right in front of you. Those are the keys to understanding this amazing world we live in.
